Help Finding the Right Service 

  • Can I speak with someone before I purchase?

    • If you have any questions about one of our services, want to make sure you purchase the right one, or need help finding one that would be best for you, we can certainly help!

  • Do I have to use a credit card?

    • Yes, you must have a valid credit card to purchase, all and transactions are in USD. We do not accept Paypal.

  • What if I can't find the marketing service I need?

    • We try to offer a wide variety of marketing services, but there's a chance we might not have covered it all. If you have a specific marketing need, feel free to reach out to us at: support@aimley.io or via our chat and let us know. We might already have it in the works, or we could see if it's one we'd look to add. 

  • I have a really short deadline. Can this be completed in time?

    • If you have any questions about if the project can be completed in the time you absolutely need, feel free to live chat with us or send an email to: support@aimley.io. Let us know your deadline and which particular service you're interested in, and we'll see if we can make it happen!

 

Connecting with my agent

  • What if I need to speak with my agent?

    • We encourage communication between our customers and the agents. We've added the Message feature for just that.

      Your agent will reach out once you purchase to let you know they're getting started. Feel free to ask them any questions you have, add any information you want them to know, or make any requests. You can shoot them a message any time throughout the project.

  • I'm having trouble connecting with my agent.

    • As you can imagine, our marketers can get pretty busy with their projects. If you need something or have a question and haven't heard back from them, please feel free to reach out to us on chat or at: support@aimley.io. We'll step in and make sure they connect with you promptly.

  • The onboarding worksheet wasn't detailed enough

    • Sometimes a particular piece requires more information than perhaps we even thought to ask. No worries! Please fill out the onboarding working as detailed as possible, and you can always tell your agent more. Send them a message any time with additional info, research or information, anything you forgot to mention previously, etc. The more the geek understands what you'd like, the better the finished piece will be.

 

How can I stop my service?

  • Canceling a Subscription

    • If you would like to cancel your subscription service, you can do so via your dashboard. This is located under the Purchases tab > Info > Cancel Subscription button.

      Subscriptions are based on a 30-day renewal, and it's best to cancel it one or two days before you believe it is set to renew for another month. However, you're able to cancel at any time. 

  • Will my gig continue through the month if I cancel early?

    • Yep! You can cancel your subscription any time and the agent will continue to work on your project for the rest of your paid month. Feel free to send them a friendly reminder if you'd like to double check that they're still working on it.

  • Can I resume one of my canceled subscriptions?

    • Of course. You can resume any of your canceled subscriptions on your dashboard. We're happy to have you back!

  • How do I know when a one-time gig is finished?

    • The agent will send you your final project. It's important to make sure you're happy with your deliverables before they mark it complete, so once it's received please send any feedback or edit requests ASAP. You will have three days once the agent marks the project complete to make requests for any changes. 

Understanding our service

  • Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

    • We offer both one-time services and monthly subscriptions. You can tell which ones are monthly by looking next to the listed price and seeing "/mo". Monthly subscriptions are recurring, based on a 30-day cycle and automatically renew. 

  • Do monthly gigs automatically renew?

    • Once you purchase a monthly service, you're all set. The service will automatically renew on a 30-day cycle, which means no headaches on your end - it's all streamlined for you!

      You can cancel the subscription anytime via your dashboard or by emailing us at: support@aimley.io.

  • Why are some gigs a monthly service?

    • There are a few reasons why. Some services, like Hand Crafted Leads and Blog Posts, work great on a monthly subscription because you'll receive awesome, new leads/content from month to month.

      Some other services simply work best if they're spread over more time.

      You're free to pause any of our monthly subscription services at any time you would like, and can do so in your "Purchases" tab on your dashboard.

  • I just bought my first service. Now what?

    • You're awesome! After you make a purchase, the service will be located in your dashboard. The agent will be in touch shortly, via our message feature, to let you know they're beginning or to ask any questions before they get started. You can also feel free to introduce yourself in a message to them, ask any questions, or provide more info about what you need for your project.  

 

Throughout the project

  • How do I know my gig is being worked on?

    • We guarantee, it is!

      However, if you have any concerns that your project isn't being given proper attention, please reach out to your agent immediately. It'd be great to send them a message asking for a progress update, and to make sure they don't need anything from you at that time.

      If you asked for an update, but they didn't get back to you after a few days of sending, shoot our team an email at: support@aimley.io and we'll help facilitate. 

  • My gig is taking a little long to complete...

    • Our marketers are crazy efficient with their work, but we understand some projects might require a bit more time. If you feel like yours is taking longer than expected, please share your concerns with your agent. 

      It's always a good idea to be upfront with the agent about any deadlines you have as soon as you purchase, so they can keep this in mind.

 

Requesting a Refund

  • What if I forgot to cancel my subscription before it renewed?

    • We get it, sometimes things can slip through the cracks... If this happens to you, feel free to reach out to us at: support@aimley.io

  • What if I'm not happy with my final project?

    • Bummer! The first step if you're not happy with your project is to send feedback and suggested edits to the agent. If, after speaking with the agent to make adjustments you're still not fully satisfied, please shoot us an email at: support@aimley.io
